Soil: The plot is situated on the clay-limestone, silty plateau of Montbellet
Vine. Planted at 8 000 feet per hectare, in the late 60s, this plot of 1.5 hectares reached at 40 years an interesting age. The vine is typically worked, booting of the soil after harvest and dogging in the spring to remove the grass, Guyot cut, handicrafts to achieve a yield of about 60 hl / ha. Biological products are used for treatment.

Winemaking: The grapes are squeezed soon as they arrive at the winery, cold settling and fermentation without adding yeast sugaring or acidification. The fermentation is controlled to unfold slowly but ensuring that all sugars are fermented. Maturing on fine lees, 8 months in stainless steel tanks and fining, earth filtration if necessary before bottling in the late spring.

We produce 12,000 bottles on average.

Wine: The objective is to obtain a wine of pleasure with precise flavours; we often find a floral touch, citrus. The palate is round and evolves into a pleasant freshness complemented by minerality that gives the wine its length. Consume within 4-5 years at around 12 ° c.

This wine exhales aromas of citrus fruits, acacia flowers and hawthorn combining a beautiful chalky minerality.
The palate is fresh, round and pleasant combining great finesse.
